Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for working with our merchant base to resolve billing, statement, batch and other customer service related questions and inquiries.  Experience in the bankcard industry is a plus, but not required. Previous familiarity in customer service is required. Training will be provided. Salary is variable based on experience.

Technical Support Representative
This position is responsible for working with our salespeople and our merchant base to resolve technical service inquiries regarding credit card terminals ,their communication with our front end platform as well as the terminal’s interaction with the user. A candidate is expected to work with our vendors in order to resolve any tech related issues that are encountered Technical or customer service experience is a plus, as well as networking experience but not required. Training will be provided. Salary is variable based on experience.

Independent Sales Agents Representative
This position is perfect for the entrepreneurial individual. As an Independent Sales Office (ISO), you will serve as an agent of United Bank Card but will operate your own independent business selling transaction processing services. United Bank Card offers ample training and support including a dedicated Relationship Manager and National Sales Manager. UBC also offers marketing materials and a customized website for you to utilize. Compensation primarily consists of residual revenue as well as various bonus opportunities. Residual revenue allows you to continue earning income from each of your clients for as long as they continue to process with UBC.
