Risk Manager
This positions is responsible for overseeing the new and ongoing risk to United Bank Card from our merchant portfolio.  Candidates should have at least 3 years of industry risk management experience, working knowledge of RMS9000 or equivalent merchant monitoring software.  Experience with ongoing portfolio evaluations, reading and interpreting financial statements is preferred.  This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.  Compensation includes salary, benefits, bonus plans, commensurate with experience.

Management Information Systems
This position is best filled by a jack of all trades in the technology world.  The candidates applying for this position should have experience in general computer knowledge, hardware and software, with specialties in graphic design and computer programming. Specific experience with SQL, ASP, Photoshop, Visual Basic, and HTML is required.  This position reports directly to Vice President - New Market Development and Director of Operations.  Compensation includes salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for working with our merchant base to resolve billing, statement, batch and other customer service related questions and inquiries.  Experience in the bankcard industry is a plus, but not required. Previous familiarity in customer service is required. Training will be provided. Salary is variable based on experience.

Technical Support Representative
This position is responsible for working with our merchant base to resolve questions of a technical nature. This includes the operation and support of credit card terminals, equipment, and POS software.  Experience is the bankcard industry is a plus, but not required.  Candidates should be computer and software friendly.  Training will be provided.  Salary is variable based on experience.

ISO Support Representative
This position handles the paperwork and general support questions for our Independent Sales Office and Sales Agent channels.  ISO Support Representatives assist the relationship managers in their department.  Experience in the bankcard industry is a plus, but not required. Previous familiarity in customer service is a plus. Training will be provided. Salary is variable based on experience.

Financial Systems Manager
Design/implement/manage all functions associated w/cash flow systems, incl. commission payout, billing, reporting and buyout. Work with IT dept, research new software. Work with Visual Basic, SQL Server and ASP.net.
